In September 2017 Crossways Junior School was judged as a good school overall by OFSTED, having maintained the good quality of education since the last inspection. The report stated: “High expectations are set for pupils, with staff leading by example as excellent role models” and “Through the school’s accurate self-evaluation, staff are aware of what the school does best: the promotion of pupils’ personal development and behaviour.”
We are all very proud of the judgements and comments that the inspector made and we believe it is an accurate reflection of the hard work of the children, staff and governors. I am particularly pleased with the comments about the children’s very good behaviour in class and throughout the school.
